Discovery call qualification

Before booking a live BBI discovery call, visitors complete a qualification form at /qualify.

What we collect: name, company, role, work email, optional phone, organization type, budget range, decision authority, target start date, optional ERP system, and a short problem description.

Why: to route booking access appropriately, prepare for discovery calls, and reduce unqualified or no-context bookings.

Where it is stored: submission records and per-email booking state are stored in Vercel KV (BBI's hosting provider infrastructure).

How it is used: server-side routing to unlock the correct calendar, direct cold-tier visitors to /resources, email pre-call briefs for qualified leads, warm-tier nurture enrollment, and reschedule/no-show access controls. Data is used for BBI intake and routing only — not sold or shared with third parties for marketing resale.

Email notifications: transactional email may be sent through Resend. Warm-tier leads may be enrolled in BBI's ConvertKit (Kit) nurture list when configured.

BBI Fit Finder

The BBI Fit Finder is a rule-based readiness assistant. It is not a generative AI chatbot and does not make live AI calls.

What this site does not do

External links

Some BBI Edge links — including BBI Insights — open third-party sites such as Substack, GitHub, Microsoft Learn, and Credly. Those services have their own privacy practices. BBI does not control their logging or data handling.

Analytics

Vendor: Vercel Web Analytics — privacy-oriented aggregate traffic measurement on bbiedge.com.

Rejected for this site: Google Analytics, generic marketing pixels, and session replay tools.

Third-party requests

This site loads typography from Google Fonts. Your browser may send standard request metadata (such as IP address and referrer) to Google when fonts are fetched. BBI does not control Google's logging practices.

Future changes

If BBI adds an approved web form backend, changes analytics vendors, or introduces other data collection, this page will be updated before or alongside those changes.
