Who you’ll work with
Dr. Tatianna Gilliam founded Brilliant Brainstorm Intelligence (BBI Edge) to bring enterprise operations, ERP, cloud architecture, and regulated-workflow experience to one question: where does AI belong, and where does it not?
Her doctoral research (DBA, Walden University, 2022) studied ERP implementation strategies in small- and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises, the same operations BBI serves today.
BBI is not a chatbot shop or a prompt agency. The work starts with the workflow, the decision, and the evidence needed to trust the output, and it keeps a human in charge wherever risk remains.

You answer a short form about the workflow, your role, and your timeline. Based on fit, you are offered a discovery call or pointed to self-serve resources. Nobody gets a calendar link they cannot use.
No. BBI is a technology and IP company, not a model vendor, and this work is advisory. The work tells you where AI belongs in a workflow, where it does not, and what must stay human-reviewed. You keep the findings whichever tools you choose.
One workflow, decision, or exception that already costs you time or carries risk, and the name of the person who owns it. A full AI strategy is not required. One concrete case moves faster than a slide of ambitions.
That is a finding, not a failure. The diagnostic ends in a written go / no-go. A clear no protects budget. You still receive the prioritized readiness roadmap, so you know what to fix first and what would have to change before the answer becomes yes.
